Our Lake House is the eye-catcher of Holiday park BreeBronne. The combination of the very spacious layout, the location at our beach pool and the beautiful unobstructed view makes the Lake House the ultimate vacation home.
The Lake House can accommodate 8 guests on two levels. With a spacious living area and kitchen on the first floor and four spacious bedrooms on the second floor, the Lake House offers plenty of room for relaxation. The spacious terrace on the waterfront is a great place to enjoy the sunshine.

Holiday park BreeBronne takes care of the rental, maintenance and cleaning of your own Lake House. Costs for regular maintenance and replacement of small inventory are included in the mandatory Member Package.

Guaranteed Returns
Looking for certainty? On our Lake House we offer the option of a fixed annual return of 6% for the first ten years. This allows you to combine owning your own Lake House with the benefits of a fixed income source.

- Own residence possible with 20% discount from the price shown online.
Variable return
For the Lake House we expect a gross return of 6% to 7% annually. We offer a variable return if the plot is purchased at the same time as the Lake House or if the plot is leased.
