The history of BreeBronne
BreeBronne was founded in 1976 and was then still called De Ruige Hoek. The 7 hectare site was used as a showroom for chalets.

In 1997, the name of De Ruige Hoek changed to BreeBronne. The park was themed around the theme of ‘Nature’. The company focused on a number of aspects;
sustainable maintenance of the grounds and green management with an emphasis on bringing back authentic species
qualitative landscaping of the park with green strips, a green river and paved roads.

BreeBronne is invited to become part of LCCP, “The Leading Camping & Caravaning Parks of Europe.” BreeBronne is recognized by the ADAC as a Superplatz and by ANWB as a Europtop.

In 2000, a main building with catering facility, children's playroom and indoor pool will be built.

In the year 2000, a 5th star is awarded by the ANWB.

In 2011 it was decided to stop offering tourist camping. The approximately 160 chalet sites continue to be rented out.
In 2019, the Hermans Group takes over Holiday Park BreeBronne in Maasbree. With the slogan “wir sind wieder da” BreeBronne is reintroduced to the market.
