Want to make sure you can move your holiday to a later date? Our rebooking guarantee gives you this peace of mind. With this service, you can, depending on availability, rebook your reservation free of charge to a new arrival date within 12 months. This keeps you flexible even if your plans change.

Rebooking Guarantee Terms

Validity: You can rebook your holiday to a new arrival date within 12 months of the original arrival date.
Free Rebooking: Possible once, up to 14 days before arrival. Rebooking is always done via our reception.
Availability: Rebooking is on request and subject to availability. You must always provide a new stay date.
Adjustable Details: Only arrival and departure dates and accommodation type can be changed.
Price Difference:
- If you rebook to a more expensive period, you pay the price difference.
- If you rebook to a cheaper period, you receive the difference as a stay voucher to use for your next booking.
Booking Channels: The rebooking guarantee applies only to bookings via our own website or via our reception/back office.
One-Time Change: Your reservation can only be rebooked once.
Outstanding Payments: Any outstanding payments must be fully settled to use the rebooking guarantee.
Cancellation After Rebooking: After rebooking, cancellation is no longer possible. The cancellation fund is forfeited once you use the rebooking guarantee.
