Holiday park BreeBronne takes care of the rental, maintenance and cleaning of your own Forest Lodge. Costs for a.o. regular maintenance and replacement of small inventory are included in the mandatory Member Package.

Looking for certainty? On our Forest Lodge, we offer the option of a fixed annual return of 6% for the first five years. This combines owning your own Forest Lodge with the benefits of a fixed income source.

Variable return
For the Forest Lodge, we expect a gross return of 5.5% to 6.5% annually. We offer a variable return when the plot is purchased at the same time as the Forest Lodge or when the plot is leased.
