The Forest Cube has a high insulation value and is made of extremely solid laminated wood. Laminated wood requires less energy in the production process and is therefore more environmentally friendly than steel or concrete. Because the Forest Cube is delivered ready-to-assemble, installation is smooth and easy. A Forest Cube does not require a foundation, leaving the green terrain completely intact. The attractive dark colors of the Forest Cube are the perfect balance between nature, luxurious appearance and living pleasure.
The Forest Cube is available in both 6-person and 8-person variants. The expected gross return on the 8-person variant is 6% to 6.5%.
