Where do I find my reservation?
You can easily find your reservation in 'My BreeBronne' or via the 'Breebronne app'. Log in with the details you used while booking, and you'll have instant access to all the details of your reservation.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in
- Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM (Unless you've booked an “early check-in,” in which case you can check in from 12:00 pm!)
- Before you drive through the barrier, we would like to see you at the reception, you can park in the parking lot in front of the main building (On busy days we are ready for you outside! Follow the signs, feel free to stay in your car and we will check you in immediately!)
- At the reception you will receive a map with our opening hours, Fun & Entertainment program and the route to your camping spot!
- You will also receive your wristbands at the reception, these give you access to the park, our indoor swimming pool and possibly private sanitary facilities
- Don't forget to bring the passport, ID or driver's license that you also entered in your My BreeBronne. We need this to verify your booking
Check-out
- Check out before 10:30 am
- Leave the house broom clean
- Please remove the bed linen and put it in the laundry bag inside by the door
- Set the refrigerator to 0 and leave it open
- Leave the dishwasher empty by clearing away the clean dishes and placing them in the cupboards
- Separated household waste can be recycled at the nearest environmental points
- Feel free to drop your wristbands in the mailbox near the entrance barrier
- After checking out you may use all our facilities for the whole day
- Parking is allowed in the parking lot in front of our main building
Your vacation rental with BreeBronne
- The bracelets you receive at check-in function as keys to your vacation home! If your accommodation does not yet have a digital lock, you will receive a physical key for your accommodation upon check-in.
- The park allows one car per property (with the exception of the 8-person homes). We understand that for your vacation you often bring extra luggage and therefore come with several cars. It is possible to register and alternate multiple cars, once one car has left the park, the other car is automatically admitted. In this way, the park remains safe and accessible for all our (and especially our youngest) guests
- Once you are installed in your home and it is time to take a moment to read your online newspaper or update Instagram you can do so through your home's wifi network. The Wi-Fi code can be found on the inside of the kitchen cabinet door under the sink.
- The air conditioning in your home works cooling and heating. You can easily set this yourself using the remote control.
- The kitchen faucet in your home is a boiling water faucet. So you can make a cup of tea in no time.
During your stay
General
- Our park has a free wifi network!
- The Key in the BreeBronne app has the same function as your wristbands, so you can also use your phone to access the park, our indoor swimming pool, and possibly private sanitary facilities
- All our facilities are included in your stay, there are no extra costs for this!
- There are 10 charging stations in the parking lot in front of our main building de Bron for charging electric cars. You can simply use your own charging card for this!
Food & Drink
- Brasserie Ruig; Do you like fish, meat or vegetarian? We would like to introduce you to our tasty dishes during dinner
- Bar 1976; Whether you come for a drink or an extensive lunch, our menu has something for everyone
- Beach bar; Here you can enjoy a nice drink and snack by the water and recover from a wonderful day at the beach
- Snack bar; At our snack bar you can go for an easy meal, to eat immediately or take with you to your camping spot or accommodation
- Supermarket; Start your day with fresh rolls and croissants! Our supermarket offers over 1700 products, from food to camping and leisure supplies
Fun & Entertainment
- Indoor playground: In bad weather, our 500m² covered playground is the perfect place for children up to 12 years old to jump, climb, scramble, crawl, and slide in a safe environment.
- Indoor pool: Our heated family pool features a large toddler and preschooler pool, family slide, and shallow current. An essential activity for vacations with children.
- Fun & Entertainment program: Our extensive program offers various activities every day, such as archery tag, bingo, sports games, and a fun mini disco with Oxxy. You can find our Fun & Entertainment program in the BreeBronne app!
- Recreational rentals: We offer plenty of opportunities for active recreation. Rent a BMX bike, go-kart, or submarine, or enjoy a round of mini golf with family and friends. There's something for everyone!
